Uptimer is more than a simple clock. Uptimer is an application that shows you a manual clock but also has more functionality than that. With UpTimer you can see the total time since you restarted your phone, that’s could be useful in some situations.
And also you can use it as a timer to set a task. You set the name of a task and then you start the timer. When you open the application the timer still running even if you close it from the task manager because when it starts takes the phone hour like a parameter to set the ellapsed time of the task of the time since you restarted your phone, then when you finish the task you can stop the timer and see how long time takes to do that task.
