Hi to everybody, first of all want to apologize with all the people that visits m blog every day. This is probably the last post of the blog UIQ.
Why? Well, because a few days ago, when i travel on the bus from the university to my house, the time was aproximately 8:20 PM, when a couple of thiefs go up to the bus and start to steal the cell phones to all the passengers including me.
When one of them look me he told me “GIVE ME YOUR PHONE RIGHT NOW” and put a knife in my chest so i didn’t want to risk my life and i gave it my lovely Sony Ericsson P990i to him.
And that’s the end of my phone. Unfortunately i don’t have money to buy another (like P990i or W950i, because M600 and P1i doesn’t exists on my country) so i can’t test the applications to post in my blog.
I only want to say to all of you that this 7 months writting on the blog, sharing applications with everybody was very succesful for me, because i am a fan of gadgets like smartphone, and i like a lot Symbian UQ, but unfortunately i don’t have $$$ to buy another phone so this is the last post of UIQ.
The blog still having all the applications that i posted so if you want to download again an application that i posted, you can search in the blog.

Well uiqer, for now, is very difficult to me to buy a P990 because you can’t find in telefonic companies, i bought my ex P990 to a lady taht bought in USA, but if i could have 300$ i could buy another. Until that day is very difficult to me to get another UIQ phone, but someday, UIQ blog could revive.

your blog was great and worth $564.54 apparently, sell it? You should set up a paypal donation link and anyone that has got an expensive app like docs2go for free from you or just wants the blog back could donate. Stick to UIQ phones. what’s happened to uiq lol, maybe when pandoras box was opened and the whole software was hacked developers gave up? anyway hope you come back and good luck in life.

I am a honduran boy, and I hate to know that in our countries this things are still happening to people like us. I do not have money to share with you but belive me I would like to. I share your lost with you as the rest of the blog fans.
I have downloaded all of the aplications that I have on my W950i, and some time ago before to find your blog was very dificult to me to put good aplication to run in my phone. I thout I made a bad decition due to that.
It is so sad cannot help you to colect money, but let me see how can I do.
